Who We Are

Jibets was founded by a team of gaming industry veterans and technology specialists who shared a common frustration: existing online betting platforms in Malaysia simply weren't built with local players in mind. Clunky interfaces, limited payment options, and slow customer support that couldn't communicate in Bahasa Melayu or Chinese — these were persistent pain points that deserved a proper solution.

So we built Jibets from the ground up, designing every feature around the habits and preferences of Malaysian players. Whether you're in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, or Shah Alam, the Jibets experience is optimised for you — fast MYR deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, and DuitNow, plus betting lines on the sporting events Malaysians actually follow: Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC, and more.

Today, Jibets stands as one of Malaysia's most trusted online casino and sports betting destinations — combining a world-class game library, a secure and licensed platform, and a 24/7 trilingual support team that speaks your language, literally.

We are proud to serve the Malaysian community and remain committed to building a gaming platform that upholds the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and responsible entertainment. For players aged 21 and above only.

Purpose

Our Mission & Vision

Everything Jibets does is guided by a clear mission: to deliver the most trusted, entertaining, and locally relevant online gaming experience in Malaysia.

Our Mission

To provide Malaysian players with a safe, fair, and entertaining online gaming environment — one that respects local culture, supports responsible gambling, and delivers consistent value through competitive odds, generous promotions, and genuine support.

Core Values

The Principles That Drive Us

Jibets isn't just a platform — it's a commitment. These are the principles we hold ourselves accountable to, every single day.

Fairness & Transparency in All Operations
Player Security as a Non-Negotiable Priority
Community-First Approach for Malaysian Players
Responsible Gambling Built Into Our DNA
Continuous Innovation Driven by Player Feedback
Integrity in Every Promotion, Odds, and Payout

Our Commitment to Malaysian Players

Malaysia's online gaming landscape is unique. Players here have distinct preferences — they follow Liga Super Malaysia and EPL with equal passion, they rely on Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow for daily transactions, and they expect customer service that genuinely understands local context. Jibets was designed with all of this in mind.

We maintain MYR as the primary currency across our entire platform — no confusing currency conversions, no hidden exchange rate charges. When you deposit RM200, your balance shows RM200. When you win RM500, you receive RM500.

Our bonus structures are designed to be realistic and achievable. We don't advertise inflated figures with impossible wagering requirements buried in the fine print. Every promotion at Jibets comes with clearly stated terms, wagering requirements, minimum deposits, and expiry timelines.

Above all, we believe gambling should be entertainment, not a financial strategy. Jibets actively promotes responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options for players who need them. For players aged 21 and above only.

Responsibility

Our Commitment to Safe Gaming

Jibets takes responsible gambling seriously. We are committed to providing tools and information that help players enjoy gaming safely and within their means.

Player Protection Measures

Jibets is strictly an adults-only platform for players aged 21 and above. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process to ensure full compliance. We do not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.

Players can set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through their account settings to help manage spending. Session time reminders can also be configured to alert you after a set period of play.

If you feel your gambling is no longer under control, Jibets offers a self-exclusion tool that allows you to suspend your account for a defined period — or permanently. Contact our support team to activate this immediately.

We also offer a reality check feature that provides periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net win/loss position, helping you make informed decisions at all times.

Important Notice: 21+ Only

Jibets is for entertainment purposes only. All players must be aged 21 or above to register and play. If gambling is negatively affecting your life or the lives of people around you, please seek help. For support and resources, visit our Responsible Gambling page.

Game Fairness & Transparency

All games on the Jibets platform are sourced from internationally licensed game studios and are subject to independent auditing for RNG (Random Number Generator) fairness. Published RTP percentages are accurate and sourced directly from studio-provided certification documents.

We do not manipulate game outcomes or odds. Our sports betting lines are competitive and set by professional odds compilers. If you ever have concerns about a game result or a payout, our support team is available 24/7 to investigate and resolve disputes transparently.

All terms and conditions — including wagering requirements for bonuses, withdrawal limits, and game restrictions — are published clearly on our Terms & Conditions page. We do not use misleading or hidden clauses.
