Welcome to Jibets (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://jibets.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and Jibets governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all gaming services, betting markets, promotional offers, and associated content.

By creating an account on Jibets, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Jibets Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds, whether real money or bonus funds, held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Player's Account pursuant to an active promotion, which are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using an approved payment method, not including any bonus credits.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by Jibets to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a specified amount before bonus funds or bonus winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the Jibets website, web application, all associated games, betting interfaces, and related services accessible at https://jibets.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is restricted, prohibited, or requires specific local licensing not held by Jibets.
• "Gaming Activity" means any casino game, slot, live dealer session, sports bet, or other wagering activity conducted through the Platform.

To register and maintain an active Jibets Account, all of the following eligibility criteria must be satisfied at all times:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. Jibets strictly prohibits access and gameplay by individuals under 21 years of age. By registering, you warrant that you are aged 21 or above.
2. You must be legally permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to participate in online gambling activities. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Jibets does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is entirely prohibited.
4. You must register in your own true name and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. The use of false identities, pseudonyms, or another person's details is strictly prohibited.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Jibets or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors.
6. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary account restriction imposed by yourself or by Jibets that would otherwise prevent account access.

To register a Jibets Account, you are required to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Jibets Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and permanent forfeiture of any bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom.

4.2 KYC Documentation Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Jibets requires Players to complete the KYC verification process. The following documents are typically required:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Driver's Licence, or Passport with clear visibility of name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, Syabas, or Telekom Malaysia), official bank statement, or government-issued letter dated within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of the Player holding their primary identity document alongside their face.
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., e-wallet account, bank account), where requested by the compliance team.

4.3 Verification Timeline

Jibets endeavours to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. During periods of high volume, this may extend to 72 hours. Players will be notified by email upon completion of the verification process.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Jibets currently supports the following payment channels for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow Transfer, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). Jibets reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment channels without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost are generally credited instantly. FPX and DuitNow bank transfers are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes during standard banking hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation and may take 15 to 30 minutes.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once a Player's KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. Jibets processes most withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and the Player's bank.

Jibets reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, or where unusual betting patterns have been identified, which may result in processing delays.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on Jibets are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Jibets does not charge currency conversion fees; however, external network or wallet fees may apply and are borne solely by the Player.

Jibets offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral programmes. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms herein and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Jibets reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified per individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Jibets reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings where it is reasonably determined that bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a system error has occurred.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Any unused bonus funds will be removed from the Player's Account upon expiry without further notice.

6.2 Welcome Bonus Specific Terms

Jibets' welcome bonuses (including the 288% Magnificent Bonus up to MYR 2,880, 100% Standard Bonus up to MYR 300, 188% Esports Bonus up to MYR 888, and the 2% Daily Crypto Deposit Bonus up to MYR 688) are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. A minimum deposit of RM50 is required. Wagering requirements apply as specified per offer. Players may only claim one welcome bonus type. Welcome bonuses cannot be combined with other welcome offers.

All bets placed on the Jibets Platform are governed by these Terms, supplemented by the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting market, which are published on the relevant game or betting market interface.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted only upon receipt of a confirmation from the Jibets system. Jibets reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on erroneous odds, system errors, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on Jibets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface and are subject to change without prior notice. Jibets reserves the right to impose player-specific stake limits at its discretion.

7.3 Sports Betting

Jibets offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, the UFC, esports, and other international competitions. All sports betting is subject to the published Jibets Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a disputed result, Jibets' decision shall be final and binding.

7.4 Casino Games

All casino games on the Jibets Platform, including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games, are provided by internationally licensed third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own set of rules displayed within the game interface. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and certified by the respective studio providers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jibets Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using another person's identity or false personal information.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms, systematic low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, coordinated group betting, or collusion between players.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity. Jibets is obliged to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Fraud, including fraudulent chargebacks, use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or providing falsified KYC documentation.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided and may be reclaimed from the Player's Account.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards Jibets staff or other platform users.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy service, or other means of geographic circumvention.

All content on the Jibets Platform, including but not limited to the Jibets name, logo, graphics, page layouts, user interface designs, source code, and editorial content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Jibets or its duly licensed third-party content providers.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use any Jibets intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing and using the Platform for lawful personal gaming purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, publication, or commercial exploitation of any Jibets content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jibets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from betting activities.

Jibets does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. Jibets will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

All gaming activities on Jibets are conducted on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jibets makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond lawful online gaming entertainment.

11.1 Closure by the Player

A Player may request closure of their Jibets Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing the support address displayed on the Platform. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (net of pending bonuses subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

11.2 Closure by Jibets

Jibets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has breached these Terms, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where the Player is found to be ineligible, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, Jibets may forfeit any Balance in the Account at the time of closure.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict or suspend their own access for responsible gambling purposes may request a self-exclusion period through the Jibets support team. Self-exclusion periods may range from a defined period to permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the designated period has elapsed. See Section 12 for further responsible gambling provisions.

Jibets is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care towards all Players seriously. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gambling tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Decreases to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure on-screen reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Check: Periodic notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss position are available.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) week and permanent exclusion. Contact our 24/7 support team to activate immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing online gaming operations and consumer protection. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral authority applicable to online gaming disputes. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this Section shall be construed to limit Jibets' right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent irreparable harm.
